Pop sensation Justin Timberlake wraps up a 20-month-long tour of his FutureSex/LoveShow with a performance in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, tonight.

The concert, which will take place at the five-star Emirates Palace hotel in front of 13,500 fans, sold out in two hours.

"Because this is my last stop for a while and this is very special for me, it's going to be a little different," Timberlake said at a pre-show press conference, local daily Gulf News reported.

"We are putting a show on specifically for Abu Dhabi," he said, this being his first performance in the Middle East.

Asked if he liked the city, Timberlake replied: "It's a really an amazing culture. I got to watch the sunset last night and that was just incredible. I love it really. So I bought some land."

The Emirati capital is the last stop on Timberlake's tour, which included sold-out shows in 60 cities.

Timberlake's performance in Auckland, New Zealand, included an on-stage lap-dance by one of the performers, Gulf News reported, adding that its attempt to ask if his show will be more "culturally sensitive" was turned down due to time constraints.

A poll in the paper asked readers if they preferred Justin Timberlake as a singer or an actor. According to the daily, 71 percent of readers chose "neither", while 14 percent said "both."
