Naomi Campbell to wed in ancient Egyptian temple
The catwalk star to tie the knot with Russian billionaire
Supermodel Naomi Campbell and her boyfriend, Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin, will have their wedding in Egypt, in an ancient temple in Luxor dedicated to the God of Sun, Amun, Egypt’s al-Ahram daily reported Thursday.
The ceremony is planned to take place on Dec. 7. Numerous celebrities are expected to attend the wedding at the XIV century BC temple to see the 40-year-old star of the catwalk and the 47-year-old Russian businessman saying their oaths.
Egypt's official news website reported that the bride and groom will spend their honeymoon at a hotel in Luxor.
No further details were given about the wedding plans.
Campbell began a four-day Nile cruise Monday from Luxor to Aswan in Upper Egypt.
