During a recent siege by anti-government protesters, over 5,000 vials of drugs and medicine has been reported missing, according to Bahrain's Gulf Daily News.

They were allegedly taken from Salmaniya Medical Complex by demonstrators, who used them to stimulate symptoms typical of those resulting from exposure to nerve gas.

According to the Health Ministry Arab Board training coordinator, Dr. Nabeel Ansari, patients took the drugs so as to claim that they were affected by the chemical substance used on them by Bahrain's security forces.

This incident was reported by the SMC accident and emergency department consultant as part of ongoing propogation of false information to international media.
