An annual tradition that initiates in the beginning of spring, Baghdad has taken off the dress of fear and sadness by organizing the third International Flower Festival at Zawra Park.
60 Arab and foreign countries as well as several Iraqi provinces and the private sector took part in the festival which featured elements of Babylonian and Sumerian civilizations.
