UN Peacekeepers Injured in Lebanon Blast

A United Nations convoy in southern Lebanon was hit by a bomb on Friday, injuring seven people and killing one Italian soldier.

The explosion occurred on the U.N’s international day of the United Nations peacekeepers held every 29 May in remembrance of peacekeepers killed in missions around the world.
