On June 28, the western oil refinery town of Zawia in Libya has turned into a ghost city due to the constraints posed by Nato attacks and continuous fighting between Muammar Qaddafi’s forces and opposition forces.
Vehicles crossing the area are carefully examined, especially those heading towards the direction of the capitol Tripoli. Although western Libya still faces continuous fuel shortages, Mr. Qaddafi’s supporters express their willingness to face any challenges.
