From Yemen Times: Yemeni youth give back to the community

Around 30 young Yemeni man and women from two volunteering initiatives “Eyoon Shaba” and “Min Jadeed” have been dedicating their services to help some of the very poor families in Sana’a.

For the last two weeks the youth collected surplus food from restaurants and repackaged them and distributed them as meals for the poor locals in Al-Sunaina area. The best part is that this initiative empowered some of the young men in the area and included them in the packaging and distribution process so that they feel useful.
