From The Jordan Times: Christians integral part of Arab nation, says Prince

HRH Prince Hassan, chairman of the Royal Institute for Interfaith Studies (RIIFS), on Monday said that “Arab Christians are the pioneers of Arab thought.”

Speaking at the opening of a workshop titled “Christianity in the East, Where to?,” Prince Hassan added that the Christian community’s limited numbers does not negate the fact that they are members of the nation.

RIIFS Director Kamel Abu Jaber noted that “Christians should not only stay in the region, but contribute to rebuilding pluralism in its social fabric.”
