The Caribbean Carnival Dubai is set to hit Dubai this November, promising a two day line-up with performers such as multi-award winning artist Jason Derulo, Jamaican-American Singer Sean Kingston and rapper Bow Wow.
The Carnival is brought to the emirate by “321 Events,” who have previously hosted American singer Chris Brown on his F.A.M.E. tour in 2011. The events company have not yet released any information about tickets to the carnival.
Derulo is set to headline the first day of the Caribbean-themed carnival and announced on Wednesday morning that Sean Kingston and Bow Wow will be rounding up the headliners.
The carnival is to take place early November at the Burj Park, a small private manicured island in central Dubai, with spectacular views of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, and is within walking distance from the world largest shopping center, the Dubai Mall.
The carnival is taking place at the same time as the highly anticipated Formula One which will take place in Abu Dhabi. The F1 is an annual three-day event that will host an after-race concert at the end of each racing day with big headlining acts such as Kylie Minogue, Nickleback and Eminem.
For rapper Eminem, it will be his first time performing in the Gulf whereas other performers Kylie and Nickleback have both previously performed in the United Arab Emirates.
