Egypt’s Mahmoud Abdulrazak, nicknamed as Shikabala, has extended his contract with al-Zamalik football club for two seasons despite signing contract with UAE’s al-Wasel team.

Zamalik will pay forward striker Shikabala about $21 thousands for the extra two seasons, al-Ahram Sport reported on Tuesday.

Shikabala has been borrowed by UAE’s al-Wasl for one season and on Tuesday he will play his first game for the Emirati team against Itihad Kalbaa club to compete for Etisalat Emirates Cup.

Wasl has sought to attract world class talents and famous football figures, likes former Argentina World-Cup-winning captain Deigo Maradona.
In July Maradona, 51, was sacked because Wasl failed to win any silverware.
