Abu Rida maintains his membership at the FIFA’s executive committee

Former vice president of Egypt’s football association, Hany Abou Rida, won the FIFA’s executive committee membership until 2017, Al-Masry Al-Youm reported on Monday.

Abou Rida, 59, is a member at FIFA’s executive committee since 2009. This year, he was re-elected for a second time and he will be representing Africa in the executive committee.

Abou Rida was disqualified earlier this year from running in Egypt’s Football Association presidency elections.
