In one touching scene, Prince Khaled reveals letters written by the King to his sons in which he reminds them that the title of 'Prince' is a duty rather than an honor, and that modesty is the only means to success.
He also warns them against being tempted by the fleeting glitz and glamour of life, and counsels them to focus on doing good deeds.
The episode demonstrates the King's fairness in raising his children. In one case, when he learns that his son beat up a schoolmate, he insists that his son should be beaten as well.
"That's how I learnt that being King's Abdullah's son doesn't entitle me to mistreat others and that we are all equals," said the son.
