Death Toll Rises in Syria

In the Homs region of Syria 11 people were killed on Monday, after troops bombarded the city, in the ongoing nationwide crackdown of protests.

Four soldiers were killed and 14 were injured in Tablisa on Sunday.

The current death toll stands at 1000 since the revolt began mid-March.
