From the Jordan Times: Former premier presents testimony in ‘casino file’ probe

Former prime minister Nader Dahabi on Tuesday gave his testimony to the prosecutor as a witness over the suspected corruption case dubbed "casino file", an official source said.

In addition to Dahabi, Amman Attorney General Mohammed Sorani yesterday summoned three former senior officials as part of the ongoing investigation over allegations of corruption in the case, the senior government source said on condition of anonymity.

Former ministers Khaled Toukan and Adel Tweisi and former secretary general of the Prime Ministry Mohammed Shraideh provided their testimonies in connection to the casino file to Sorani.

Judicial authorities started to look into the case last month, following months of public rage over the implications of the file.
